Late last week we noticed scaffolding was finally down at 20 Henry Street, the residential conversion of the Peaks Mason Mints candy factory. Looks good, no? After the jump you can see a picture of the glassy addition on the corner of Middaugh, also sans scaffolding. No word whether or not the development firm successfully sued the building contractor, but Streeteasy shows only three units left on the market so sales must be chugging along.
