Just this (in flash player mode): “63 perfectly suited homes. 20 minutes to Manhattan. On-site rental parking. Walk down to Prospect Park. Fitness Center. Common roof deck. Fresh Direct at your service. Eligible for 421-A tax abatement. Opening late spring. Life deserved.” (Late Spring? Better get on that.) Listings on StreetEasy range from $285,000 for a 465-square-foot studio to $980,000 for a 1,656-square-foot three-bedroom. And the press release sent to us added: “All of the residences will feature ceiling heights up to nine feet, floor-to-ceiling windows, part time doorman, 24-hour virtual doorman, video intercom security systems, and hardwood floors, as well as access to a residents’ only rooftop and fitness center. Select homes will offer private outdoor space and radiant floor heating … Open kitchens will be outfitted with white-glass tile backsplash, Grey Oak cabinetry Energy-Star Bosch appliances, and stainless steel finishes by Kohler. Spacious bathrooms tout porcelain tiles, Wenge finish vanities, Kohler showers and vanities, and Toto toilets.” How do you think it will sell?

You guys are nuts about toilets. Toto toilets are the best. It sold me on my 10 mil townhouse.
Does anyone know when HPD issues the final 421a approval? Wouldn’t it be in the developers’ interest to have it in place
before sales begin?

This is an instant classic. “Walk down to Prospect Park?” In what alternate universe is this an appropriate claim for a building located on Atlantic and Washington? And “24-hour virtual doorman?” What does this even mean? Does this virtual doorman call the cops when someone is breaking into the building and lurking in the stairway waiting to jump someone? Does this virtual doorman sign for packages? And it’s nice that they are offering Fresh Direct to the residents. Does the apartment come with UPS and FedEx availability too?
My blood pressure rises when I read things written by realtors.
Interior looks exactly like an Ikea catalog….

FLO beat me to it. Walk to Prospect Park? I guess it’s doable. According to Google Map’s walking directions, it’s about a 20-minute jaunt to the gate at GAP.

The prices seem high, especially when combined with those cc costs.
Whereby “walk down to Prospect Park” we mean “walk uphill for a mile to Prospect Park.”
