mopar is correct the whole neighborhood is bereft now that meals on wheels is cutting back on lunch. But we try to hold on to the last vestiges of our dignity somehow. We know that the Belle Monde has moved on to Williamsburg and Clinton Hill.
according to the posters on the 1 Brooklyn Bridge Park thread, this area is bereft of public transportation.
