This rental is in the Clinton Hill tower 163 Washington, which went from condo to rental last month. The one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit is asking $2,492/month. We liked the building when we toured it as a condo development, but we’re wondering if the units are pulling in their full asking rents in this area of Clinton Hill.
