(Based upon the building dimensions on Property Shark, we’re guessing the square foot is around 1,100.) There’s some nice original moldings, lots of windows in the living room and a kitchen that looks decent for a rental. The asking price is $3,500. What do you make of that?

My friend was looking for a two bedroom (nothing fancy) with an OK kitchen and W/D. What would that go for on the pretty brownstone blocks in North Slope?
sorry for the double post
I have noticed a sharp rise in demand for park slope apartments. Things were very different last year. Now friends of tenants are calling me to ask if I have anything available (which I have not). Even had an old tenant who left park slope for a larger apartment in crown heights call me for a place. Change is in the air.

And 3rd St. is 3rd St. There’s only one like it in the 321 district.
yes peoples… if you can, sign two year leases and fast… people are paying $1600 to rent 400 square foot apartments on St. James… and happily.
i seriously feel like this is 1000 dollars overpriced!

Only $1,750 per bedroom…? Sounds like a great deal!
