This floor-through rental at 413 3rd Street in Park Slope has a lot going for. It addition to the location, the apartment itself has two bedrooms plus a home office. (Based upon the building dimensions on Property Shark, we’re guessing the square foot is around 1,100.) There’s some nice original moldings, lots of windows in the living room and a kitchen that looks decent for a rental. The asking price is $3,500. What do you make of that?

  1. I have noticed a sharp rise in demand for park slope apartments. Things were very different last year. Now friends of tenants are calling me to ask if I have anything available (which I have not). Even had an old tenant who left park slope for a larger apartment in crown heights call me for a place. Change is in the air.
