The rental is priced at $6,250 (down from $6,500) and has been hanging out on the market for a little more than a month. Whaddya think?

Swoon!
This is the Guttman building where the tenants sued for the shoddy conversion. Yeah, sign me up….
Maly and DitmasSnark you both have the same dreams our cats do…”…dreams about places like this: half floors and mezzanines to nowhere, lots of stairs, rabbit-holes to secret rooms, and ceiling traps to strange gardens…”
I love this place but I dont know how a dog would manage a spiral staircase… And the neighbors can pee on you from their garden.
> I have dreams about places like this
Same here, Maly, though the lighting is usually a bit more sinister and dramatic. This place looks like a mashup of random architectural elements.
It is in the historic district and one of the last big industrial moving east, so I’d say DUMBO.
It’s on the west side of Bridge Street, which many people consider the boundary between DUMBO and Vinegar Hill.
it is Vinegar Hill for sure, condo building, lots of nice folks in building doorman
is this block even located in dumbo proper?
the google map has ‘vinegar hill’ written across the area.
