This three-bedroom at 50 Bridge is a bit unusual but certainly not without its charms. There’s 2,000-square-feet of space, a private roof deck, and some nice high ceilings. The set-up’s a little weird though: At the top of that spiral staircase it looks like you have to squeeze through a hole to get to the bedroom. The rental is priced at $6,250 (down from $6,500) and has been hanging out on the market for a little more than a month. Whaddya think?

  1. Maly and DitmasSnark you both have the same dreams our cats do…”…dreams about places like this: half floors and mezzanines to nowhere, lots of stairs, rabbit-holes to secret rooms, and ceiling traps to strange gardens…”

I love this place but I dont know how a dog would manage a spiral staircase… And the neighbors can pee on you from their garden.

Same here, Maly, though the lighting is usually a bit more sinister and dramatic. This place looks like a mashup of random architectural elements.
