Doesn’t look bad. I think it will rent out for this price. Good location, place looks decent.
The namesake park is the 2nd highest point, just below Battle Hill in the nearby cemetery, as BoerumHill also remarked.
BTW: the park itself is great and the views are better than from Battle Hill.
Um, I pay about this much for the new place, a 2 bedroom at 5th ave and 7th street. This place is about $600 overpriced. Where do these people who pay these rents keep coming from?
I’d say about $50 bucks underpriced.
The kitchen looks like an afterthought tucked away like that.
I live by this and it seems decent enough.
maybe 100 bucks over priced.

Nope, pretty sure that distinction belongs to Battle Hill (the statue of Minerva) in Greenwood Cemetery.

“It is close to the park. Has any Brownstoner reader ever been to Sunset Park (the park, not the nabe). How many even knew it existed? I suspect not many.”
yes and yes – isn’t it the highest point in brooklyn?
Two blocks + two avenues = about an 8 minute walk to the convenient subways station.
