This place is being advertised as a three-bedroom, which it is if you count one of the two parlor rooms as the third bedroom….

This place is being advertised as a three-bedroom, which it is if you count one of the two parlor rooms as the third bedroom. Regardless, the rent of $2,700 is looking pretty awesome to us, especially for three members of the post-college set who like the idea of paying less than $1,000 apiece to live in a prime Slope location.

I love the fact that there is a bathroom window, but a window does not belong above the bathroom sink……where the hell is the mirror????
that is retarded…..
emily, you can sign this with 9/1 move-in date. worst comes to worst, you eat the 1/2 month of rent at your current place and just move out. This is sweet deal if place is as Ad indicates
I’m stuck at my place until September 1st, I think this will sadly be gone before I’m ready to move! But yes, this rental made me want to pick up and move on in.
“Three members of the post-college set…” Emily, it sounds like you’re ready to put down a deposit!
Listing needs a floor plan. I think what they are saying is they have a six-room railroad apartment.
does the landlord take programs?
*rob*
Being in PS321 makes this even more attractive than it already is for a family of 3.

Yup – this will rent very quickly.
Emily, I really dont care if it’s a stoner listing or not (I wasnt the one complaining about it recently). I was merely playing the guessing game
