What do you make of the $1,500/month rent?

And the bathroom ceiling is vaulted. I think I’d be happy just moving into the bathroom…
Also, the ceiling in the bathroom appears to have a blue tortoise or moire painted pattern on it. Anyone know what that is? Are my eyes deceiving me? Looks great with the stained glass.

The Architecture in Crown Heights is really wonderful.. This should go really fast… Love the Dutch Style!

Oh my, the rent is a bit up there but those interiors are why I love New York.. even though I’m vacationing in Los Angeles now in a wonderful 1920’s apartment building, you just can’t compare with stained glass dome ceilings.
Map is wrong. This house is between Nostrand and New York Avenues, one of the most beautiful blocks in CHN, which goes east-west, so never in CH South. Many of the houses in this group have the extension with similar bathrooms. We had a couple on our house tours over the years. Absolutely gorgeous.
It’s a couple hundred dollars more than the usual around here, but I think they may be able to get it, because of the block, and the apartment itself.
