There are two different spellings even for the same part of the street. Go to Rugby Road and Beverl(e)y Road and check how it’s spelled on the street sign, then how it’s spelled on the brick gatepost on the sidewalk.

These were trying to sell as condos for a good year – I guess their high prices weren’t bringing in buyers. I think $3K is too high in this nabe for a 2 BR – try $2200
$3000/mo is pushing it.
