Rental of the Day: 59 Pineapple Street
This is quite a nice one-bedroom apartment in a co-op building at 59 Pineapple Street in Brooklyn Heights. At this location, you’re more likely to find studios priced around $2,000, but this one bedroom comes in at a reasonable $2,200. Just need a photo of the bedroom itself! Other than that, no complaints. What do…

My wife and I are moving out this month of our Brooklyn Heights apartment that we have lived in for three years (we’re buying). We LOVE the apartment. It’s a walk-up, but the main room is a great size (and bigger than the one pictured above), the kitchen and bathroom are great, and the bedroom is reasonable size. It gets great sun in the morning and is priced in line with this. The move in date is Feb 1st. If you have any interest, call our landlord Nick at 718-852-9050.
Nice, though looks like not great light. Seems like widows face another very close building.
Splendid!
A friend of mine once bemoaned how difficult it was to find a nice 1 bedroom for herself and her boyfriend. The selections were terrible, she reported. I think of that whenever I see a place like this.
