Biff, lol. As a fellow Jew I can relate but I am a bit better at DIY projects. Make sure you check the tray under the fridge from time to time or you might have flooding problems in the future.

DIBS, at least I knew that much. Got the copper line. Also, I read (and saw pics) of the damage plastic lines can do when close to/touching walls, such as major mold problems. Only copper should be used.
Biff, if you have mice, don’t use the plastic line, get the copper. they’ll eat through it and you’ll have another, potentially more devastating mess.
