I agree with Babs about the PLG house except that IMO the Lefferts Ave houses she mentions, with their distinctive terra cotta trim, are somewhat more attractive.
FWIW I had mixed feelings about the registration–things may become more interesting around here now. I hope we can stay civil.

I agree that Pacific street now now seems “reasonably” priced, though I bet it goes for less. Also agree that the PLG listing seems high compared to
similar things on the market.

From Propshark seems longtime same owner of Pacific st. Just swithing deed from corporate to individ. Also was permit to change from 3 to a 4 fam. which I assume was never finalized. Guess was rental bldg for long time.. did recent ugly reno and trying to cash in.
Joke at $1.8 but at $1.5 seems like lot of sq ft for the price if somehow can make some changes for $100k.
