I disagree. There appear to be only a couple of people here who are affected by the “troll problem”, and while I sympathize, I don’t believe that everyone else should be penalized just to accommodate them. This site is about Brooklyn. It’s not just about Crown Heights and PLG. The site should remain open, and free. If trolls appear, ignore them. They’re something one has to live with on just about every site.

I actually don’t think the Lincoln Road place looks that bad, but I would worry about the location. It is quite dangerous around there.

While 377 Lincoln Road is not in the Lefferts Gardens Historic District, its asking of 700k is perhaps on target. Afterall, it is a 2-3 family dwelling unattractive as it is in its current state. Whether someone is willing to shell out that much dough remains to be seen, but anything is possible.
