I saw 381 Pacific when it was first shown in March. Now it has a huge price increase and is now being shown by a different realtor.
Apparently Fillmore couldn’t move it because there’s an enormous rat problem in the yard (gross, I know). I spoke to the woman two doors down and she told me she can’t even use her deck anymore. They must be trying to sell it before breeding season.
I don’t know about the Macon house, but 377 Lincoln was dumpy. I saw it last month when it was exclusive with ReMax, listed at the obscene price of $799K. It’s basically a 2-fam that’s been converted (badly) into 2 studio apartments on the upper floor and one apartment on the ground floor. The basement has some depressing SRO’s with a 7 ft. ceiling. Definitely more of an investment property than a fixer-upper.

Registration is not the problem, its people’s inability to “keep it moving”
I think registration dampened the dialogue on this site. Trolls comments come in spurts, but the discussions about these spurts last for Friggin’ EVER… Oh my, now I’m talkin’ about it.
