Come on, folks. This St. James issue has gotten completely silly. Let’s give it a rest. Everything we know about Lee points to her being one of the good ones.
ugh, these blasts at Lee Solomon are annoying. Do any of you know her? She is an asset to the community? She’s helped me several times with several issues & i was a complete stranger to her. If she says there was an issue with scheduling, then so be it. I would hope that people interested in the house would disregard the armchair analysts on this blog & inquire on their own. I never comment on these types of posts. But the tone was truly infuriating.
Who said she wasn’t telling the truth? She said one of thetenants had out of town guests — she didn’t say which one is all…
if you can’t stand the heat, then get out of the kitchen or at least stay away from posting your cancellations on the blog.
death to all out of town guests!
I suspect murder.
Or a hangover.
Or possibly out-of-town guests.
Very suspicious.
Did anyone even go to any of these? Does it even matter whether they were cancelled or not?
re: the St James Broohahaaa: what’s up with all the personal attacks, and “if she’s not telling the truth!?!” hysteria? hmmm sounds like someones got it in for that agent. It’s one f-ing open house for chrissakes. Stuff happens. But maybe it’s just a bunch of whining from some bitter lame-ass brokers who didn’t get the listing (or any others to do open houses at this week). lighten up, mom.
I don’t really care whether or not the reason for rescheduling the open house was true or not. If your intent is to sell your house, then get on with it. If I were trying to get a take on it- I would read as: difficult tenants, blase seller- spells headache at contract time. Pass.
