Ok, it is finally starting to bug me that every listing here is a market place listing. Maybe you should just eliminate featuring non-marketplace listings? That would be more up front and fine with me.
Like the PS one, but only one bathroom is a real problem.

The Burg house is nice but kind of over exposed in the back yard.
