Pure woodwork on Dekalb. Not inconsistently overpriced neither. 65% more depth than a typical 20×40 should yield a couple o’ mil and a nice chunk of change. Hurry up and sign before it goes for well under 2 mil at market bottom.
Feeling that semicircular window component @ top floor.

Ewwwww…..looks like if you enter the Bed Stuy house you could imagine you are in a Fedders building. But, if the aim was to remove every last vestige of detail, charm, and house period, I think they did a wonderful job.
The Clinton Hill House was designed by Mr.Montrose. Wasn’t he a costume designer for Cher and Liberace?
The writer of the description of the Clinton Hill house is on a first name basis with Montrose (Morris). Humph, I find this new 21st century society way too informal.
Great house, though. I’m going to try to see it.
drrwam = dream
That Clinton Hill house is spectacular.
Beautiful detail in the CH house.
Crappy HD reno in the Bed Stuy place.
And apparently the Ft greene house has nothing but a drrwam kitchen!!!
That “Dream Limestone” in Park Slope doesn’t have such a dream kitchen.
