Well, putnam is a 3 fam rental building in bed stuy so why on earth should it have upgraded fixtures? you wouldn’t be getting it back in rent that’s for sure.
The Bed Stuy place has an amazing floorplan for an inevstment/rental… Too bad the hood is a bit sketch for my owner-occupy scheme… unless t isn’t. Any B-stoners know this block?
For what that Putman house is listed for I’d expect a better kitchen. That’s about what my kitchen looks like in my rent stabe apartment.

great location, needs lotsa work (2.5 bath only) love the 10 foot basement. is this a 2 fam configured as a 1? don’t have an opinion yet on $750-800 a square foot means what fully restored – 1000?
Single fams are tough sells, bessie2. The market is highly leveraged not just with historically low interest rates (absolutely necessary for still historically high prices) and sometimes lax FHA standards but also with rental income. Can’t get it here. Very telling of the actual incomes of those looking to buy in this nabe.
