Very nice price on the PLG house, despite the “Prospect Lefferts Road” tag. That’s a high for Lincoln Road and one of the handful of highest prices ever paid in the neighborhood.
Maly seriously. Give it up. As I said before, you should take your own advice. You’re only going after my comment because I thought your sq. footage post was silly yesterday and we both know that’s why you’re starting with me now. So please, just get over it. If you don’t like my posts, here’s a novel idea, don’t comment on them. How hard is that for you to comprehend?

Yup, major reading comprehension problems. Unbelievable. My point is: you can’t mock a comment until facts proves it false, which hasn’t happened yet. Maly, you should take your own advice. I was just repeating what another commenter posted when that house was a house of the day in August. No where did I claim that I thought it was a million over priced. In fact I pointed out it wasn’t the highest priced house in that neighborhood.
That Bay Ridge house might do better if they re-staged the interior. It looks too much like an old lady lives there.

Wasder, I agree with you, at $1.225 it seemed fairly in line with comps, there must be more to the story. Anyway, the listing has been pulled for over a month.
no violations open against 310 Lafayette. Anybody been inside? Anyone have any insight as to why this is still sitting there at a price that would appear to be very achievable?
