Seems like the last couple months or so of “OH: 6 Months Later” have signaled a very bearish tone. Many many properties going for significantly below ask, many still listed.
Something has to be up with 310 Lafayette. That price doesnt make sense?
According to the folks at NPR’s Planet Money we are about a year out from hitting the bottom of this mess. The presenters themselves were skeptical of that conclusion, but it was still an interesting listen.

relative to what is out there and what’s sold, agree with you that the lafayette place looks like a good deal.
that’s a nice price for the lincoln road PLG house. tne spaciousness of the house (3600 sq. ft) and the fact that it was in good condition were probably key factors. houses in the manor have always kept the PLG market intact and this sale is a good indication that there is still a great market there.

Except I never posted any false statements. I brought up a comment from a previous post about the house, nothing more. That’s all, one line. You had the freak out over it.
