BKLNITE – yes, except they also appear to have shelled out for refinishing the floor, full interior paint job and new electrical. Trend seems to be that sellers who bought in recent years are taking a hit on the renovations, hoping to recoup the loss by getting a great deal on a new purchase.
I like the Crown Heights house. I would love the Madison street house if it was $700K.

Wellington Ct. is a nice little dead end street. You have the advantage of a quiet block with no traffic to speak of, and not too much downside of proximity to the b/q train. It’s 4 houses from the train end, so noise is probably not an issue. Seems the owners bought 2 years ago for $845k so with this ask they’re hoping to break even after Mary Kay’s cut.
