see that house as an investment property, so has to make sense re: rent roll. decent looking rental property for sure.
I believe the Marlborough house backs up to the Brighton (B/Q) subway line tracks. Small backyard and train noise. Big consideration.
Victorian Flatbush didn’t get the full brunt of the storm, so houses are still there! Only small downed tree branches.

Love the wallpaper choices in the midwood house. I seriously do. What is that hood like? What a great price.

That PH house is overpriced, but I’m sure someone will get excited about it. At least it’s across the street from a parking garage (unless that’s the garage in PH that was turned into a condo development). Is that lot next door still empty?
