That Hancock house is why I can’t buy a place that’s already renovated. I don’t like the layout of the kitchen and everything in that bathroom besides the claw foot tub would have to go, so that’s 10s of thousands I would have to pay on top of this . All I need is something with updated mechanicals and livable. Let me do the rest.
I like the two houses across the street. Cute little porches.
Well well well. It’s the Clermont ‘wedger’ again. Maybe a zoomed-in aerial view, added to the photos in the listing, is in order (and a wedged price). Can’t wait to see the six months on this puppy.

(John, you forget your age. That cracked me up. I will steal that if you don’t mind.)
Colors in the adorable 15th street house are very dark! I wonder if the 1/2 bath is in the finished basement and the full bath on the 2nd floor – not a dealbreak but not ideal either if you have guest who can’t navigate the stairs. It does look like a great home.
I love the 15th Street house….
until I see that it’s 12′ wide.
How deep is it I wonder? Let’s say 35′, which still means less than 400 sq.ft. a floor. Even with a finished basement, you’re looking at under 1200 sq.ft. total.
Someone who knows $/sq.ft can say if that’s a good deal or not. That’s like $700 a square foot. That’s no fun for me.
Colors in Stuyvesant Heights house are surreal.
Yes, all I care about is color.
15th street does look nice. I like the idea of a “small” house versus similarly sized condo.
Was in the Hoyt house years ago when it was first built. Decent construction and finishing. Was too rich for me at the time. Deck over garage is kinda cool. Doesn’t seem like a ton of money relatively speaking.
15th St. house looks sweet, but so few pics, no floor plan and no link to a full listing? Frustrated.
(Nice reds and oranges!)
I’m not the biggest fan of frame houses, but I really like that 15th house.
