Re: Sunset Park photos.
I never understood why some people use that rug that wraps-around the toilet. What is that supposed to be for? Absorbs the pee when the guys miss the bowl?
they are hoping for some chinese guy with deep pockets, Benson. Calling m4l.
the pics for sunset park house are damn hilarious. where to start? love the pizza box on the stovetop and the toilet tank cover.
$799K for a 2-family on 62nd Street between 4th and 5th Ave?
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAH
AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Love the original cabinets and vintage stove in the Midwood house. I hope people know if their kitchen cabinets date to 1950’s and earlier that it’s so uncool to rip them out.
Blah! All at least 10-15% overpriced. This so-called market downturn is slower than a drunk slug.
yes, I instantly thought of mosquitoes at the sight of the koi pond, forgetting about the fish. I think the fish eat the mosquito larvae, and if you dont have fish you can use dunks, but it kind of gave me shivers. Reminds me I need to put some mosquito bits in my neighbor’s untended birdbath.
A Bed Stuy brownstone broken into five apartments, all of them Section 8, and priced at $649,000 for a short sale? Run screaming from the building.
That Midwood house looks like a beauty. And with an in-ground pool!!
I have a question, though, about the current popularity of koi ponds: aren’t they judge breeding grounds for mosquitoes?
