Beverley Square West house is $200k overpriced in this market. Mary Kay has a house on Wellington which is much nicer, and less expensive.
The Bay Ridge house is a honey! 76th street is one of the nicest blocks. I almost bought on that very block until the owner decided to pull the house from the market. Lots of gas lamps and limestones on that one. Plus a few vics for good measure.
What a miserable selection. Move on those brownstone defaults, banks! Now! People actually think there’s a natural tight supply.

The Bay Ridge house is very handsome and seems well priced but it probably lacks parking which is pretty tricky on those blocks – too many curb cuts!
