ok let’s start with the HORRENDOUS pictures of the Smith Street abode. 1.1 is VERY attractive and will probably be sold by tomorrow – but perhaps taking a picture of the tiny corner of someone’s messy bed listed under the “Den” picture isn’t the best way to sell a property, nor is the picture of the Virgin Mother bathed in sunlight in the very messy kitchen
