  4. Hey ISNH, we were thinking about Bamboo as well for privacy issues but which kind do you think is ideal? Also heard the Bamboo tends to spread rather aggressively and don’t want to intrude on the neighbors…yeah the PDT yard like the house needs some serious help. Thanks

    Too funny joe. The nasty folks here are remarkably consistent but will say with confidence Miss Muffet is polite and always keeps it civil even when she gets the predictions wrong.

    Anyways can someone enlighten us as to why Grand St house is priced so high…it is certainly not due to aesthetics or size right? Maybe its the location…not too familiar with that area.
