For those of you looking to buy, offer 1/3rd off ask and you might get a reasonable deal.
Asking prices are absurdly high, especially considering how cheap it is to rent right now, not to mention the increased difficulty folks have just obtaining a mortgage.
Remember, during the bubble days, folks who payed big bucks for houses were usually flipping other properties for large profits and leveraging up.
The ponzi scheme is kaput. Money doesn’t grow on trees anymore.

Expert Textpert….she’s also selling a house right next door for about ~750 but it’s a total gut. There was a house that sold down the block for ~600 which was decent, but that was closer to Nostrand (thumbs down).
