  1. I am going to be busy. I need to put a 750k bid into APT 6M in a certain luxury condo building around the citicorp center! I may be paying 250k through the market, but it is worth pissing you off!! LOL!

  2. In pristine and updated condition, the Albemarle place may have found a buyer at $2+mil. Alas, it was anything but.

    I’m sure once they’re done, the current owners will be looking at a total cost well in that neighborhood.

    And, if renovated properly, this house would just about blow the doors off any $2mil brownstone.

  3. You can think that stevie but 2008 results have gotten us back above the high water mark and Asia played a big role in that.

  4. Ah, but the 16 year record was all due to Bill and Tim’s good work. God knows how much negative alpha you have added to the fund since 2008. Actually, I dont think you have any alpha, positive or negative; you are all beta all the time. Just another spoiled bull market baby.
