Sorry, 2009 results. Plus we were only down 14% in 2008.
I am going to be busy. I need to put a 750k bid into APT 6M in a certain luxury condo building around the citicorp center! I may be paying 250k through the market, but it is worth pissing you off!! LOL!
guy…it’ll be interesting to follow the reno. Not sure if they have to put $400k into it but you’re right, the result will be spectacular.
In pristine and updated condition, the Albemarle place may have found a buyer at $2+mil. Alas, it was anything but.
I’m sure once they’re done, the current owners will be looking at a total cost well in that neighborhood.
And, if renovated properly, this house would just about blow the doors off any $2mil brownstone.
You can think that stevie but 2008 results have gotten us back above the high water mark and Asia played a big role in that.
