I don’t know what there is to comment about, regarding the Robin Hood foundation. It is basically rich people throwing a few morsels of food that fell of their table to hungry rats underneath so that their conscience could be at ease. It is both pathetic and despicable.
Speaking of private investigators, my favorite is Spenser in the Robert Parker books. I’ve read every one of them.

My agent made a complaint against her because her behavior was so obnoxious. I’d be surprised if he is able to get more than $500k now. It’s an older building so competition from newer ones with better amenities is tough. That said, it’s an excellent mgmt company with a HUGE reserve and everything has been done…roof, tuckpointing, hallways, lobby, facade, boiler and it’s <$600/ mo CCs
I am surprised that he is still using her! She should be lucky if he not suing her for misrepresentation.
Speaking of 6M, that buyer’s broker really sold him a bill of goods. She told him (the doorman overheard it) that it would rent for $3,500. The buyer wsn’t really savvy and I think he’s taken a bath in it for somewhere near $2,100 a month or so. That’s the only reason I can think it’s back on the market.

I believe a stalker is someone who follows others around. I have not done that and have no desire to. I am however an unlicensed private investigator as well as a writer. I believe the HBO show “bored to death” is modeled after me.
