I like the 9th Street house. Don’t like the ‘home office’ by the kitchen but a great house. Bet it gets ask. 6th Street ain’t bad either.
Realtors have Park Slope slowly annexing Gowanus and parts of Sunset Park and Windsor Terrace. Prospect Heights is taking over Crown Heights. Fort Greene and Clinton Hill are spreading into Bed Stuy.
Just imagine how far towards Flatbush Ave Crown Heights would extend if it were the hot new neighborhood where everyone wanted to buy.
g10, the 6th st place is real nice but it’s a 1 family so only deep pockets could swing the $2M+ price. as we’ve discuss b4, those deep pockets will be looking for massive discounts (ie may to 1.8M)
no pics of the guys working the corner about 10 feet away from the st. johns place?
overall a great area but the corner of st. johns and wash has issues. I would not pay 1.3 mil for a front row seat…

One thing: There is plenty of Assholes left! It will take a long time..
“Prospect Heights can annex that area.”
Huh um really, OK! New people to rob..
The What
Someday this war is gonna end…
10th streetreno:
I think the 9th street house has been on the market for sometime though…
Those two in Park slope both look really nice. I could see those easily going for ask or more, especially the one on 6th st.
That 6th Street place is really cool on the outside!
wow – that’s some price chop already – down 600K!!!!
how low can you go?
The What is right – someday the war is going to end… and someday Corcoran will stop insulting our intelligence. Pretty soon there won’t be anything left of Crown Heights the way they are expanding PH.
