Bedford Stuyvesant house is on a great block. It is far over to the east but this part of south-eastern Bedford Stuyvesant is not too bad. The parallel blocks of Decatur and Macon are just as nice also. As you continue west on this street the blocks are all well kept like this one. There is a great park just around the corner from this house on Macon St and Howard.

The Clinton Hill house looks great and it is HUGE… The price seems right I am sure this home should go fast.
Lefferts house is nice and the garden is gorgeous but overpriced by a factor of at least 30%. This coming from someone who bought close to there and has a pretty good feel for this market.
