architerrorist sounds like she is trying to make a sale really bad on this property, its overpriced, do you comps and stop pulling numbers out of your ass.
well world doesnt revolve around manhattan assh#&@.people out here dont need to commute to new york.everything they need is in philly. including good jobs.and who the hell said anything about poconos?i was talking about philadelphia suburbs.places like bucks county PA.where crime is almost nonexistent.so do a lil research before u type, lil yuppie
buckfast, I hear there’s plenty crime in PA. I hear that when you hafta get up at four in the morning to commute to NYC and get home around 9PM tired as sh*t, I hear you don’t have any time to look after your kids. I hear some of the kids are running wild. I hear families who have been lured out there by ads on hot97 are very unhappy and very stressed, even if they do have ten bedrooms. Especially when they got suckered into all kinds of sub-prime mortgages. I hear Philly ain’t no picnic either.
All the suckas who bought in the Poconos, one of which is my brother-in-law, who does all these things, think their RE values will go up. Suckas! Every time RE values show signs of going up, some developer will build another 100 homes on another tract of old coal mines. Scarcity is not a bad thing in RE. Therefore RE prices are SANE and always will be!
Unless you believe the Pocono sucka hysterically funny rumors, the same ones that they’ve been suckering you in for the last twenty years.
1. Wall Street West. Keep on dreaming, asshats!
2. Amtrak extending train service to Stroudsberg, or some place. Keep on dreaming, asshats!
What, where are you when we need you?
just one question.WHAT THE HELL R THE PEOPLE WHO BUY THESE HOUSES PAYING FOR?! in pennsylvania for the same money u can own a castle.with ten bedrooms.2 football fields and a baseball field for a backyard.not to mention ur own creek.no crime, fresh air,30 minutes to downtown philly.THESE PEOPLE R CRAZY!now from reading this u may think that im some stupid suburbanite who has never even seen new york.on the contrary,im from coney island born and raised.forced to move to philly.because in philly, realestate prices are (how should i put this) SANE.
Don’t be ridiculous, Xander. Makes for tedious reading.
rugby rd is over priced by at least 500K
This house really isn’t in WT. Anything beyond 9th avenue is out of bounds (even if just by just a few houses) Same goes for the other house discussed earlier this week.
If somebody pays it then yes its not “overpriced” but I can’t see anybody paying that kind of dough for that house. I would buy that Rugby Road place way before I bought the WT one. But to each his own as they say.
Um…why is everyone so baffled? It would seem that based on the almost identical house that we just found out yesterday sold for a similarl amount, that this is what the market will bear. The market is crazy, but if someone is buying then I don’t think we can call it “overpriced”.
