steps in bed-stuy house are beautiful.
love the bed-stuy house but seems far out.
Yeah, WTF with the sink in the bedroom in the Ft. Greene house? I like Kohler’s “memoirs” line very much, but prefer it in a bathroom…
haven’t you had the bedstuy home as an open house pic before recently?
I do like the layout of the St. Felix house, though — the kitchen and baths along the middle of the house, and some nice-sized bedroom layouts in the top two floors. There are none of those 7-foot wide mini-bedrooms that you often seen in brownstones (though perhaps that’s because this house is altogether narrower!). Price does seem steep when you compare it to the similarly priced beauty on Vanderbilt, though.
St Felix is WAY overpriced considering the width. Brown Harris has been overpricing all their houeses – they still think the market is where it was 1 year ago. It’s worth about 1.3
what’s up w/ the sink DIRECTLY next to the bed in the Vanderbilt house?
the st. felix st. one is on 6th avenue? wrong link?
Felix Street is exceedingly narrow and not deep either, and is only 3 floors with windows.
I think that makes it optimistic in price even though it appears to be “complete”.
