New Broker Tries to Sell at 122 Adelphi Street

The Fort Greene condo development 122 Adelphi Street has had a rough go of it. Looks like a new brokerage will try its hand at selling the units; Streeteasy shows only two are already in contract. Halstead launched sales at the development, which goes by Fino 122, in February. The studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units ranged from $295,000 to $3.3 million. In July, prices dropped. The remaining one-, two-, and three-bedrooms were priced from $620,000 to $825,000. Now Dwelling Group Real Estate re-listed units with studios at $295,000 and a three-bedroom priced at $835,000, as before. Think they’ll sell this time around?
