There are six units total ranging from one to four bedrooms, and a contract has already been signed for a $1,070,000 two bedroom. They are holding an open house at the building this Thursday, February 21st, from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm if you want to check out the model unit. The developers are projecting an early summer occupancy.
