Listings Sprout at Williamsburg's Jardin

The first listings have trickled in for Williamsburg’s new condo building Jardin, once known as the Urban Green, at 142 North 6th Street. Aptsandlofts.com has put up nine listings for one-, two- and three-bedroom units. Prices range from $455,000 for a 565-square-foot one bedroom to $1,290,000 for a 1,374-square-foot two bedroom. A development rep says it will be a few more weeks before interior pictures are posted to the building’s website. One building feature that has been revealed is the nice-looking courtyard, which includes, according to the listing, “a fire pit and an exclusive fitness center that will add to your social currency.” Think this one will do well?
