Shouldn’t you be thankful to the democrats for allowing your kind to engage in your shenanigans? Imagine if Sarah Palin takes back the country and sent all of your kind to Christian re-education camps where you will receive Jesus into your life and be made to realize your frivolous ways?

  3. “I’m sorry but this is coming from a person whose career choice is to work in Whole Foods, seriously. Just sayin….”

career choice should be used loosely in this sentence. Recession life raft would be a better term.

  4. ok buddy you just keep telling somebody who is a landlord in Park Slope the facts on the ground! Places in Park slope are going for 2800 for a floor thru just like you say.

  5. Wow, the sixth avenue brownstone sold for sub $500/sq feet. Recently, two other places; 178 8th avenue and 438 2nd street, both sold for 500 and change per sq feet. There is irrefutable evidence that the prices of prime park slope brownstones have declined substantially from last year. Similar brownstones in good locations and conditions would have sold for north of $700/sq feet a year ago.

Thank GOD i listened to the What and BHO last year and avoided buying a place in brooklyn. The perma bulls disgust me so much.

  6. Do you know how stupid you are, bitter bubble buyer?

    I’ll tell you.

    1. I JUST SAID that finding one apartment listed for 2200 proves nothing.

    2. If I were a broker, do you REALLY think I’d be listing apartments from Brown Harris Stevens, Ideal Properties and Corcoran.

The answer to that question would be no. Brokers are notorious for being loyal to their company and no broker would be highlighting apartments from their competition.

Even a non broker like me knows that.

Did you mother drop you when you were little?
