BBB – you take this blog entirely too seriously.
It’s supposed to be fun, dude. Get a grip and stop acting like such a troll. Not everyone thinks like you, and judging by the fact that no one ever responds to you or stevieb (expect to tell you you’re wrong) definitely not everyone agrees with you.
11217 – Doesn’t “FRBO” by definition mean that no broker is involved?
You must have had a bad experience on Craig’s List at some point. I’m guessing it wasn’t in the Real Estate section either.
You jumped all over Mopar (by the way, Mopar, does your name refer to parts for Chrysler vehicles?) without even thinking….pointing out the same type of generalization you yourself made in an earlier post (and countless others). You are one angry Blogger.
Ditmas that is funny but 11217 might get jealous that his best buds are hanging with you and do something dumb if you know what i mean
“Everybody uses Craigslist to find FRBO.”
Everybody? Ditmas just said he didn’t. Before I bought my place, my two previous rentals were through brokers.
The 2 families, one couple and 3 single friends (that’s 6 apartments) who moved to Brooklyn in the past 18 months…not a one used craigslist.
I’m sure some people use craigslist, but to suggest that “everybody” does is silly.
There aren’t even enough viable listings on craiglist to rent to “everybody” who rents in NYC. It’s one source to gain access to the market, not the be all, end all.
Snark, hope you can make it and I might see you around. Should be a fun event.
Y’all are just jealous that the voices only talk to me.
i dont think they shoot people like you any more they just give you lots of meds. The problem is what happens when you stop taking them?
Everybody uses Craigslist to find FRBO.
“11217 you seem to think everybody is somebody else on top of thinking a 2 bed in Park Slope goes for 2800?”
I know, RIGHT?! I am such a psycho for seeing listings for 2 bedroom apartments for $2800 and then linking them here as proof. I should be shot!!!
