1. BROOKLYN HEIGHTS $2,650,000
286 Hicks Street GMAP
When 286 Hicks was a HOTD in July 2010, we said the house was a bit narrow but there wasn’t much to quibble with. We guessed there would be lots of interest but weren’t sure if it would get close to ask… and after two price drops, it brought in a price even less than what the widget predicted. Average reader appraisal was $2,676,533. Entered into contract on 11/29/10; closed on 1/27/11; deed recorded on 2/7/2011.

2. BROOKLYN HEIGHTS $2,424,000
360 Furman Street, #210 GMAP
Another big sale at One Brooklyn Bridge Park. This 2,764-square-foot three-bedroom apartment was first on the market for $2,875,000. This was way back in February 2010, and although the unit sold in the same month, the sale wasn’t recorded until last week. Entered into contract on 11/15/10; closed on 1/27/2011; deed recorded on 2/11/11.

3. MILL BASIN $2,100,000
2410 National Drive GMAP
No listing for this one-family home, right on the water. All we know is that the property spans 2,955 square foot on a 6,000 square foot lot. The house looks fairly modern from this Property Shark photo. Entered into contract on 9/1/2010; closed on 2/1/2011; deed recorded on 2/11/11.

4. PARK SLOPE $1,700,000
527 9th Street GMAP
This spacious-looking limestone didn’t last long on the market, only 36 days. It was on the market for $1.8M, not too bad a cut! Entered into contract on 11/21/2010; closed on 12/31/2010; deed recorded on 2/11/11.

5. WILLIAMSBURG $1,419,000
330 Wythe Avenue, #2K GMAP
We’ve featured a high-end rental at 330 Wythe, but haven’t checked out the condos here. The listing describes this as a “1750 sq ft loft, 2 full bath, open duplex loft with 19 ft ceilings, exposed brick walls, and private patio.” From the pictures, it looks really nice to us. Entered into contract on 11/15/2010; closed on 1/20/11; deed recorded on 2/7/11.
