> surprisingly brownstoner doesnt mention the widget when it OVERPRICES…
Indeed, I am still reeling in astonishment.
surprisingly brownstoner doesnt mention the widget when it OVERPRICES houses like the amity street one, but they make a point mentioning the widget when it underprices them
Thanks, Petebklyn.
Pigeon,
read the comments when President St was open house pic.
Apparently did not show well at all. And needing work.
Other one don’t know.
Antidope;
OK,I’ll buy you a drink at Loki. We could form the lower Center Slope chapter of Brownstoner. We’ll try to get FSRG to come too (he lives somewhere in our area too).
um, ok. it’s not that complicated. rather not do it in public. i’m shy.
Antidope;
I’d still like to know what the heck is the story with the window replacements at PSE. Come on: fair trade?
well done vis-a-vis the bond. that sounds like a settlement agreement not a by-laws issue. alternatively, i guess i can see a big bond (how big again?) being the guarantee that is enough to convince initial potential buyers that the developer sticks around to convert the tco to co. thanks for the 411.
