Well chuckleheads, I don’t have much to say today. It’s over, done and kaput. I want you to enjoy you weekend. Get out and have some fun with the kids. I things to do today like get my bomb shelter retrofitted.
Be well. If any good comes up, I will post something.
The What
Someday this war is gonna end….
BTW Read this story. It could happen to you.
Mortgage crisis inflicts collateral damage
Marriages, families, tax revenues fall victim to wave of foreclosures

I love ‘The What’
Or maybe you don’t know what you’re talking about 12:05.
The Ft. Greene place is a full service, highrise, doorman building.
You don’t think that might sell for a premium over a smaller apartment in a non doorman building needing work on the kitchen and bath?
BTW, the Lincoln Place 2 bedroom is 750sf as we heard from the President of the board.
If you’re going to make a comment, at least make an informed one.
So a fort greene 1br at 850 sq ft got $615k when asking for 580k, but the 2+br at 850sq ft on lincoln in park slope had to drop their price to 599k. I guess park slope is losing its appeal for some.
Forget it 12:00 – Your worthless American debt is no good anymore. I would try to get my hands on some official Montana Mountain Militia money if I were you – Going to be worth a FORTUNE soon.
The What still owes my $50 from a night out when we were in college.
He’s definitely slipping. Post has been up a few minutes now.
