Absolutely no way. Tight, next to train tracks, and not even a sweet view of the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens.
I really can’t imagine anyone with $3.2m would want to live in a 1400sf duplex right next to the train tracks while renting out another 900 duplex and also an office below
