The place has been chopped up a bit and the facade could be in better shape, but there are still some charming remnants left and the corner location makes for lots of windows and light. Back in March, the pricing widget consensus was $514,755. Well, now’s your chance, folks, because the price has been cut $100,000 in the last couple of weeks bringing the current price to $499,000!

This is one of those houses where they probably should have just left it alone. The renovation looks brand new and is totally generic. This combined with the lack of a back yard makes this place only interesting to an investor.
I left Manhattan to have the yard.
When/Where is Montrose’s walking tour?
Mopar, I’m FINALLY getting a contractor into my aptmt to renovate it. I’ve dragged my knuckles so much, there’s no more flesh on them now. if I’m to pick up a house, it would be in bed stuy heights – diversify across the hoods a little.
I don’t think I could survive renovations without my garden. It’s the only thing keeping me sane.

Actually the side windows look across the street at the giant mansion with all the verdigree or copper work!!!! Not a bad view.
