I love Brooklyn Heights. But the charm of Brooklyn Heights (to me) is the beautiful old housing stock and this is new construction (built 10 years ago) made to look old on the outside, but the inside looks like it’s cheap and McMansion-y to me. For this price, I’d want the real deal.
3 million dollars to live in a barn! hey wilbur, can i borrow some cash?

DeLepp – it’s not sloped, there is a wall dropping down to the next level. This house is detached from any other structures around it.
No stables, and a little plain in terms of detail (more of a blank canvas). But so lovely (pun intended) and a nice quiet side street that’s literally around the corner from neighborhood amenities. If I had the money I would seriously consider this place.
oh no, here come the Brooklyn Heights Haters coalition. I’m tuning out.
snappy, looks like the property slopes so garden level has windows in back of house.
The baseboard heating ruins the place for me. Looks terrible.
Walk by it sometime, Snappy. The basement/garden is below the road grade…there is a whole level of cement slab beside and behind it a good 10 feet lower than the street.
