84 Joralemon Street has had a tough run. The single-family brick house hit the market (and was a House of the Day) in December 2008 when the asking price was $3,400,000. The price was reduced to $3,250,000 shortly thereafter and was taken off the market in February 2009. It reemerged with a new broker in September and just last week underwent another price cut to $2,975,000, a price that starts to look interesting for the Brooklyn Heights location.

  1. Can I bring my toddler?

    (I kid, I kid…nm)

Pigeon, dibs, thanks for the info. So english basement = garden level, use cellar to avoid confusion. More than 50% above grade, call it a story.

  2. Pigeon, all are welcome. CGar is our unofficial official “Julie the cruise director” so email him to be in the email loop about our get togethers.

  3. “Cgar,

Is an impromptu an OT thing?
If so, how does one get invited?”

Pigeon, not at all! Please come join us! Email me at carrollgardened AT gmail DOT com.

We’re having an impromptu (which Snappy INSISTS on calling an “unofficial” gathering at the Duplex in the West Village on April 1st, though we’re going to switch to Wednesday the 31st if those planning to go on the 1st can still make it.)

And then our big Spring CobbleSnaps spend-your-tax-refund gathering, which we’ll post in the Forum, is on Thursday, April 22nd at Franklin Park in Crown Heights.
