Of course, given the aesthetic changes that have happened under the current owner, it was a better buy back then at $527,000.

This is somewhat close to my house, so I should be supportive… but this is a 1/2 mile from Coney Island Avenue. In other words, it’s not close to anything. Not great. (but I guess that’s why it’s $200,000 cheaper than something more east on Cortelyou…)

I like this place for the price. it just needs a paint job and prob a bathroom reno. the counters are fine in the kitchen – needs new cabinets and a backsplash and floor
