looks like it’s only two blocks from the Ditmas F stop, but this is 10+ blocks from the start of the fancy Cortelyou places. A little short on amenities around there but safe I think. You’d want a car, but hey, there’s parking.
Guys, this house is almost next to the train tracks where the F train is coming up on the surface. This is the reason for the price.
The name Cortelyou sounds like we should be sipping mint juleps on the porch. Does this house come with Julep glasses?

About 15 mins comfortable walk gemini if I remember right (I’ve done it once, to the F train from Sycamore).
