rob, what is your top choice for kitchen countertops????
yes because there are SO many gazillionire BACHELORS looking to move to PARK SLOPE :-/ hahah

I love this house, especially the kitchen and the dining room (that ceiling and those built-ins). What a great layout too.
I missed the kitchen pic. Just checked it out. hmmmm, I don’t mind the cabinets, not loving the countertop or those goofy little windows.
But gazziollionaire bachelor will fix that for me.
there’s been a bit of action in the high end market recently.

These people got it right: ensuite master bath (guh-ross), granite(so 1998) and SS (so 1997) in the kitchen and double sinks (only freakytown co-dependent couples with no other friends does a feature like this make any sense) in the bath.
it’s very expensive for a dated 90s kitchen 🙁

Yes, Minard, there is no comparison between this one and the Cobble Hill HOTD.
OMG! That dining room coffered ceiling is drool worthy.
This is a great house. Nice layout (finally).
Dear gazillionaire bachelor looking to buy this house,
I am available and can cook and clean. I’m pleasant to look at and will provide endless hours of fun conversation.
Oh and don’t worry about my partner, he’ll take one of the smaller bedrooms upstairs.
Gorgeous, although the kitchen leaves me completely cold and I always worry about bathrooms with whirlpool tubs (kinda like having a paddling pool in the room). Speaking of design snobbery, has anyone else seen the fab new book RESTORING A HOUSE IN THE CITY (Artisan)? A friend gave me a copy. Lots of the interiors are Brooklyn brownstones. Primo house porn!
